1. Production Setup & Coordination
Establish and manage the process setup for PCB assembly and wiring accessories.
Coordinate production activities with cross-functional teams such as Planning and
Distribution.
Ensure all stations produce products that meet company quality standards.
2. Team & Performance Management
Monitor employee work performance against expectations.
Train, develop, and certify manufacturing personnel for their specific roles.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment through education and
direction.
Drive adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 guidelines.
Lead, coach, and develop the team through challenging assignments and industry
best practices.
3. Quality & Compliance
Ensure 100% compliance for manufacturing orders.
Reduce rejection rates and non-quality costs.
Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
4. Inventory & Cost Control
Effectively manage and control inventory levels for RM, WIP, and FG.
Implement strategies to optimize material usage and reduce waste.
5. Technical Expertise & Project Execution
Apply thorough knowledge of wave soldering processes, materials, and products.
Analyze data and trends to develop actionable improvement plans.
Plan and execute projects within defined timelines and budgets.Required Qualifications
Education:
BE in Electronics.
Experience:
5–6 years of relevant experience in manual assembly, wave soldering, and
testing.
Prior experience in electronics manufacturing and project execution.
Experience in working in a multinational environment (preferred).
Proven ability to manage large teams.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions.
