1. Production Setup & Coordination
 Establish and manage the process setup for PCB assembly and wiring accessories.
 Coordinate production activities with cross-functional teams such as Planning and
Distribution.
 Ensure all stations produce products that meet company quality standards.
2. Team & Performance Management
 Monitor employee work performance against expectations.
 Train, develop, and certify manufacturing personnel for their specific roles.
 Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment through education and
direction.
 Drive adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 guidelines.
 Lead, coach, and develop the team through challenging assignments and industry
best practices.
3. Quality & Compliance
 Ensure 100% compliance for manufacturing orders.
 Reduce rejection rates and non-quality costs.
 Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
4. Inventory & Cost Control
 Effectively manage and control inventory levels for RM, WIP, and FG.
 Implement strategies to optimize material usage and reduce waste.
5. Technical Expertise & Project Execution
 Apply thorough knowledge of wave soldering processes, materials, and products.
 Analyze data and trends to develop actionable improvement plans.
 Plan and execute projects within defined timelines and budgets.Required Qualifications
Education:
 BE in Electronics.
Experience:
 5–6 years of relevant experience in manual assembly, wave soldering, and
testing.
 Prior experience in electronics manufacturing and project execution.
 Experience in working in a multinational environment (preferred).
 Proven ability to manage large teams.
Skills & Competencies:
 Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions.
