Develop and implement production schedules based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.

Implement ABC/XYZ analysis to categorize inventory based on consumption patterns. Reduce obsolete and slow-moving inventory through strategic planning.
Improve inventory turnover ratio by minimizing excess stock and ensuring lean operations.
4. Supply Chain Optimization & Efficiency Improvement
Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Drive supply chain digitalization, including ERP/SAP-based tracking of materials and processes.
Develop supplier performance dashboards and KPIs to enhance operational efficiency.
Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Engineering (VA/VE) for process improvements.
5. Vendor & Subcontracting
Evaluate and Develop subcontracted items, and finished goods.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and annual agreements to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality, lead time, and reliability standards.
Establish vendor risk management strategies, including multiple sourcing and contingency planning.
6. Customer Satisfaction & Communication
Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) performance by aligning production schedules with customer orders.
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to manage order fulfillment and resolve delivery issues.
Maintain transparent communication with customers regarding order status, lead times, and delays.
Address customer complaints and logistics challenges by collaborating with internal teams.
7. Logistics & Distribution Management
Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
Optimize freight costs, transport routes, and warehouse space utilization.
