* Proper feeding of material on machine to another machine FIFO Basis.
* Ensure all 4M condition & OEE calculation of each machine.
* 5S implementation on shop floor. Proper Housekeeping maintaining.
* Machine check sheet verification on machine.
* Patrolling Inspection of Final Product after checking by inspector
* Close the NC'S of internal and external audit
* Implement at least one Kaizen on monthly basisMajor Deliverables/Key Result Areas * Develop, implement, and manage daily/weekly/monthly production schedules to meetclient deadlines and project specifications.
* Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity,
reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.
