● Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience.

● Comfortable with customer calling, follow-ups, and relationship management.
● Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
● Comfortable using CRM systems and daily reporting tools.
● High ownership, accountability, and a proactive mindset.
