Responsibilities - Duties, projects, tasks, and activities you would be responsible for in this role.
1. Handles daily exceptions and facilitates resolutions between Site Logistics, carriers and government authorities
2. Reports to government agent on a daily basis
3. Resolves issues related to issuing of border crossing documents (ATRs EURs)
4. Performs first level escalation for operational issues identified by the Customs Administrator
5. Participates in Supply Chain resourcing projects
6. Supports the administrative process in the trade compliance team
Qualifications:
Required education: Associate degreeExperience: 2-3 years of experience.
The critical competencies required for success are: understanding customer needs, team work, taking initiative, time management, technical proficiency in use of computer applications
