Job Responsibilities:
What You Will Be Doing:
- Creating High-Quality Content for Various AI Models:
- Develop conversational prompts and responses.
- Create generative prompts and responses.
- Write description prompts.
- Provide detailed descriptions of videos with or without audio.
- Summarize video content.
- Generate image captions.
- Create video event captions.
- Evaluating Human or AI-Generated Prompt-Response Pairs:
- Score prompt-response pairs on multiple parameters and categories.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggest improvements where applicable.
- Comparing and Rating Multiple AI-Generated Prompt-Response Pairs:
- Evaluate and score prompt-response pairs based on various parameters.
- Refine and enhance responses as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts and techniques.
- Experience with large language models and AI systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for language and storytelling.
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems, adapting to new challenges and priorities.
- Any Prompt Engineer with 1+ yrs experience from any educational background without any proficiency certification can apply directly.
- For FRESHERS Proficiency in English with a certification in any of the below professional language proficiency exams:
- CEFR Level C1 and C2
- IELTS Band 8 and 9
- TOEFL Score 110-120
- CPE Grade C1 and C2
- CAE Grade A
- TOEIC Score 945-990
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective collaboration skills within a cross-functional team.
Preferred:
- Certification in Content Writing/Prompt Writing.
- Certification in Python Programming and Data Science.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements for FRESHERS:
Education Category:
Business Management: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,Management,General Business, Economics,Finance and Accounting Science, or MBAs in related fields from one of India’s premier institutes/B-Schools/Colleges or universities.
Engineering: B.E/B.Tech in Information Technology,Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics, Automotive, Chemical Engineering,Biotechnology,Mechanical,Civil Engineering or a related field from one of India’s premier institutes/colleges or universities.
Fine arts & Humanities: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, English Literature,Philosophy, History or Other Arts related field from one of India’s premier institutes/colleges or universities.
Natural Science: Bachelor’s degree in Natural Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Earth Science, or a related field from one of India’s premier institutes/colleges or universities.
Fresh Graduates/Post Graduates from Tier 1 universities in Tier 1 cities with specialization in one of the subjects. Honors graduates are preferred.
- Proficiency of at least C1 in English from Cambridge assessment standards or IELTS band 8 in Reading and Writing.
- Master’s or PhD in the relevant fields is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and relevant libraries is preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in prompt engineering or a related role in the AI and Chatbots domain is preferred.
