• Sources candidates through databases, job boards, and social media and screens applications to shortlist profiles that match client requirements.

• Coordinates interviews, assessments, and feedback loops between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and accurate scheduling.

• Maintains applicant tracking systems with up-to-date candidate records and status updates to ensure data quality.

• Assists in preparing candidate profiles, resumes, and summaries for submission to clients. Learns digital tools, recruitment platforms, and internal systems to build core technical proficiency.

• Supports onboarding activities by preparing documentation and following up on compliance and background checks.

• Prepares reports on recruitment activity, response rates, and candidate pipelines.

• Handles candidate queries promptly and represents the company professionally to applicants at all times.

• Learns digital tools, recruitment platforms, and internal systems to build core technical proficiency.

Grade Descriptor

• Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline

• Performs assignments using existing procedures

• Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline
