  • Prepares reports on recruitment activity, response rates, and candidate pipelines.

  • Handles candidate queries promptly and represents the company professionally to applicants at all times.

  • Learns digital tools, recruitment platforms, and internal systems to build core technical proficiency.

Grade Descriptor

  • Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline

  • Performs assignments using existing procedures

  • Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline

  • Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines

  • Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding
