Job Description for Associate Specialist (PTS US TATUM)
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates on various job boards and internal database.
Update and track candidates in ATS in accordance to Randstad standards in real time.
Work on all assigned clients/locations until covered.
Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on Randstad process.
Submit qualified candidates to onshore consultants via a ATSJobs include, senior level finance and accounting talentsFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Attend daily/weekly meetings with the onshore teams
Establish relationships with consultants in region.
Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
Meet or exceed weekly expectations.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
3+ years of US non-IT recruiting experience, preferably white collar Finance and Accounting roles.
A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
