Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and maintain advanced automation systems tailored for complex extrusion production lines.
- Lead the integration of new technologies to enhance production manufacturing output and process consistency.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks in existing automation frameworks to minimize downtime and improve throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop long-term automation strategies and roadmaps.
- Conduct regular performance audits of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with internal quality standards.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support for plant-wide automated machinery.
- Manage project lifecycles related to automation upgrades, from conceptual design to final commissioning and documentation.
- Ensure that all automated processes adhere to safety protocols and environmental sustainability requirements.
B.E. Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automation Engineering
8-12 years
Industrial engineering / non-metallic extrusion / robotic manufacturing environment preferred
Should have experience in automation of extrusion and production manufacturing processes. The person should have worked in a robotic manufacturing environment and should be capable of upgrading machinery automation, improving process efficiency, and supporting automation-driven production improvements
