1. To write down specifications incorporating our products and as specified
by company.
2. To build relation with consultants and customers so as to ensure that our
products are incorporated in the tender/BOQ stage it-self
3. Breaking the competitors specifications for projects on ground and get
the approvals or our products for business conversion
4. Regular competitor analysis
5. Maintain MIS reports and present them while performance review. 1. Degree in Civil Engineering preferable MBA with at least 4-6 years of
relevant experience in Construction Chemical / Waterproofing/ Building
Material industry.
2. Candidate must possess good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
3. Added advantage will be given to those who had good relation with
Architects / PMC’s/ Specifiers.
