    We are seeking an energetic and well-spoken Brand Promoter to represent a leading tobacco brand in Chennai. The role involves engaging with retail partners and consumers to promote products responsibly, build strong brand presence, and ensure sales targets are achieved while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Promote the tobacco brand at designated retail outlets, kiosks, and events.

    • Drive visibility and awareness of the product through in-store branding, product placement, and retail execution.

    • Educate retailers and consumers about the brand’s features and responsible usage.

    • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly promotional and sales targets.

    • Ensure all promotional activities are conducted within legal and company guidelines.

    • Collect market intelligence and competitor insights from the field.

    • Submit daily activity reports and sales updates to the supervisor/area manager.

    • Maintain professional relationships with retailers and ensure stock availability.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

    • 1–3 years of experience in brand promotion, FMCG, or tobacco sales preferred.

    • Strong communication skills in Tamil and basic English.

    • Presentable, persuasive, and confident in approaching retailers and customers.

    • Familiar with Chennai local markets and areas.
