The position leads the end-to-end business operations for the Electric Fans category across India, including Ceiling, Table, Pedestal, and Wall Fans. The focus is on driving profitable growth across multiple sales channels—General Trade, Modern Retail, E-commerce, Company-owned stores, and Institutional Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
P&L Ownership: Lead business strategy and execution to achieve topline and bottom-line targets.
Sales & Channel Management: Expand distribution width, drive retail excellence, and enhance secondary and tertiary sales through effective GTM strategies.
Marketing Integration: Collaborate with marketing teams to drive visibility, brand equity, and category growth using both ATL and BTL activities.
Product & Portfolio Management: Improve product mix by shifting focus from economy to premium and high-trend categories.
People Leadership: Inspire, build, and mentor high-performing sales teams. Drive skill-building and performance culture.
Operational Efficiency: Optimize forecasting, inventory turns, and pricing to improve margin contribution and channel hygiene.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, R&D, and HR for business alignment and execution.
Market & Consumer Insight: Leverage consumer and market intelligence to shape product strategy and stay ahead of competition.
