- Induction of new BA/DBA to meet business/ operational requirements.
- Planning for network and route to achieve desired service level.
- Developing and implementing SOP’s for route & monitoring its implementation.
- Developing and implementing the operational strategy to drive revenue by reducing operational cost.
- Monitoring expenses incurred upon BA/ DBA vehicles, monitoring BA/ DBA vehicle rate v/s market rates of vehicles.
- Review of operational performance of BA/ DBA vehicles, & suggest if any changes required.
- Visiting Customers/ Branches to analyze data, preparing reports and awareness among employees for thrust areas.
- Taking corrective & preventive action for improving operational efficiency, monitoring customer complaints and transit time.
- Planning development of the team, training them to address operational problems.
