● Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
● Handle billing through POS systems and accept cash/UPI/card payments
● Ensure quick service while maintaining quality standardsFood & Beverage Preparation
● Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items as per standard recipes
● Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size
● Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all timesOperations & Hygiene
● Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, tables, and service areas
● Follow opening and closing procedures of the café● Assist in stock checking and replenishment
● Minimize wastage and report shortagesTeam & Compliance
● Work collaboratively with team members during peak hours
● Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety norms
● Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when requiredRequirements & Skills
● 10th / 12th pass (Hotel Management diploma is a plus)
● Prior experience in café/QSR preferred but freshers welcome
● Basic English/Hindi communication skills
● Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
