MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Condition Based Monitoring
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the condition of all plant equipment continuously.
- Ensure the planned inspection of all plant equipment and initiate work orders based on inspection results, including safety checks. In case of anomaly, performs first analysis and defines priorities for each action.
- Monitor and coordinate condition predictors for all critical equipment.
- Follow up and update the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Validate and update equipment specification files and history sheets.
- Evaluate and improve the preventive maintenance job plans (from the supplier’s recommendation if existing), create and update the corresponding inspection job plans, in coordination with the planner.
- Ensure systematic review, application and optimization of lubrication program.
- Contribute to the analysis of failures and problems, recommending corrective actions.
- Propose economic ways to extend the life of plant equipment.
Total Lubrication Management
- Responsible for the lubrication of all the plant equipment
- Detect possible anomalies observed on the equipment while lubrication is being carried out.
- Monitor the consumption of oils and greases for each equipment.
- Take lubricant samples from time to time for analysis purpose.
- Prepare and follow a lubrication register/sheet for each equipment.
- Responsible for housekeeping and safety of the workshop/premise.
- Responsible for management of lubrication documentation.
- Responsible for inventory control and storage safety of the lubricants in the workshop.
- Manage people working under him.
- Monitor job duration, cost and performance of crew.
- Recommend improvements for cost reductions.
- Respond to emergency repair needs.
- Work with the planning in the development of job planning.
- Ensure productive use of the crew.
- Specify work procedures if required.
- Monitor and control overtime.
- Ensure safe storage and disposal of used/dirty rags.
Skill Requirement:
- 8-12 years of experience in Condition monitoring Cement industries
- Certified Vibration Analyst Level -2 ISO18436-2:2014
