Primary duties
:
- On time program or before development
- Daily inspection planning
- CMM Requirements, ensure calibration before time
- Shall maintain good Housekeeping and 5S activities at CMM inspection.
Key responsibilities
:
- Plan CNC & VMC machined, housing and forging parts inspection activity
- On time CMM inspection and contractor inspection
- Adherence to 100% calibration of gauges / instruments used at CMM inspection
- On time closure of internal and external audit NCs related to CMM, if any
- Display quality alerts wherever required
- Parts inspection on CMM, Programming for new development parts and CMM load planning

DME / B.E.,/B.Tech., Mechanical
Experience
:
4 to 5 years on CMM inspection & programming
