Responsibilities:  Develop and write CNC programs for multi-axis machines using CAD/CAMsoftware (e.g., NX,).
 Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering models to determine
machining operations.
 Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for efficient machining.
 Set up and test programs on CNC machines to ensure accuracy and quality.
 Troubleshoot and optimize existing programs to improve cycle times and reduce
tool wear.
 Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality control to ensure production
goals are met.
 Maintain documentation for all CNC programs and revisions.
 Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

 Create Tool setup sheet

Qualifications:  Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
 2+ years of experience in CNC programming and machining.
 Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks).
 Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC machine operations.
 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
