Job Details<br />Resource planning & Allocation, Mobilization and demobilization plans, Fund allocation, Monitoring the project in terms of CV, SV, Handing of Site Expenses with proper documentation, preparing project reports based on the task completion, to various projects as per Gantrex Protocol<br />Assist project manager in Project estimation in terms of Living cost, Site locations and consumables at various project locations,<br />Monitor and Take care of Employees welfare in term of health, leaves, uniforms, site requirement, personal commitments Installation & Service manhour estimantion etc,<br />Providing pre-smart briefing and toolbox talks with the employees.<br />Following HSE policy project management & site requisition process<br />Preparing method statements risk assessment, COSHH etc.<br />Knowledge in Geodetic survey, Total station, Auto levels AT welding and ARC welding process.<br />Claim for variation orders if any.<br />Meeting the projects under the budget.<br />Responsible for final report submission to the customer.<br />Responsible for weekly reports in the actual jobs completed to the finance team.<br />Monitor the works planned and potentially make on-site visits to make sure that agreed terms of contract are respected, and that customer satisfaction reaches expectations.<br />Communicate with customers to discuss technical issues pre order and post order where required.<br />Depending on the company’s priorities, the job holder may be assigned other tasks within his skills and competences and for which he will be trained by a third party if needed.<h3>experience</h3>15
