- Monitor daily construction activities to maintain rigorous quality control standards and safety protocols.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, labor teams, and site engineers to ensure seamless workflow integration.
- Manage project resources and materials efficiently to minimize waste and optimize onsite productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential bottlenecks or technical challenges, implementing proactive solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Maintain accurate and detailed progress reports, ensuring that all documentation aligns with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

- Educational background: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Professional experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in a construction supervisory role.
