RoleRole & Responsibilities
As a PICU Specialist, you will be at the forefront of providing critical care to critically ill children. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and contribute to a positive and effective working environment.
Main tasks include
- Provide advanced critical care to pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and manage complex medical equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
- Participate in patient and family education.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the PICU.
- Medical-MS/MD qualification.
- Up to 5 years of experience in pediatric intensive care.
- Expertise in pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) operations.
- Current experience working within the Indian healthcare system.
- Proven diagnostic and critical decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient advocacy and family-centered care.
