At APAR, we also manufacture Copper Conductors, CTC/PICC, Busbar and Railway Conductor.</p><p>JOB DESCRIPTION : Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) (Min 5 Critical Areas)</p><p> </p><p>Role :   He/She will play a key role in controlling and understanding the financial impact of a company’s operations. Their main purpose is to ensure that products, services, and projects are costed accurately so the business can make informed decisions.</p><p> </p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>1. Focus on Plant Management Information System (MIS)</p><p>Prepare regular MIS reports covering profitability, budget vs. actual, operational KPIs, sales analysis, and expense tracking.</p><p>MIS reports on downtime, inventory, metal balance sheet, metal consumption.</p><p>Develop dashboards and trend reports to support strategic decision-making.</p><p>Adhere to reporting processes and ensure timely submission of reports to management.</p><p>Conduct variance analysis with insights and recommendations.</p><p> </p><p>2. Costing & Financial Analysis</p><p>Prepare and analyze product costing, variance analysis (standard vs. actual cost) covering all plant Operations.</p><p>To do Project feasibility report prepration for India as well as outside india.</p><p>Conduct profitability analysis at product, customer, and plant level.</p><p>Track cost drivers and recommend cost optimization measures.</p><p>Support new product costing, pricing decisions, and make/buy analysis.</p><p>Knowledge of ratio analysis.</p><p> </p><p>3. Budgeting & Forecasting</p><p>Assist in annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term business planning.</p><p>Monitor adherence to budgets and highlight deviations with corrective actions.</p><p>Provide detailed analysis for overhead costs and departmental spend.</p><p> </p><p>4. Process & Data Management</p><p>Handle large and complex datasets; ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.</p><p>Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives in costing and MIS.</p><p>Implement internal controls for data management and financial accuracy.</p><p> </p><p>5. ERP & Tools Expertise</p><p>Work on various SAP modules (MM, FICO).</p><p>Develop advanced Excel models, dashboards, and financial templates.</p><p> </p><p>6.
