<p>Job Description: Sales Executive (Security/Safety Products)</p><p>Location: Mumbai (Field-based)</p><p>Division: Safety & Industrial Business Group / Commercial Solutions</p><p>Experience: 1–3 Years (B2B Sales experience in Security/Safety products preferred)</p><p>### Role Overview</p><p>You will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the Mumbai territory by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. </p><p>### Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new B2B customers across sectors like Manufacturing, Construction, Data Centers, and Corporate Real Estate.</li><li>Consultative Selling: Conduct site audits and technical demonstrations to identify "security gaps" and recommend  solutions (e.g., security window films, fire protection systems, or high-end PPE).</li><li>Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools (like Salesforce/SFDC) to track leads, manage the sales funnel, and provide accurate monthly sales forecasts.</li><li>Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with Key Accounts, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), and contractors.</li></ul><p>### Required Skills & Qualifications</p><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Science background is often a plus for technical product sales).</li><li>Experience: 1–3 years in B2B field sales, specifically within security systems, fire safety, or industrial consumables.</li><li>Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Mumbai industrial and commercial landscape.</li><li>Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to deliver technical presentations to "C-suite" or senior management.</li><li>Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).</li></ul><h3>experience</h3>3
