- Handling Customer Service, Operations & Admin functionality.
- Attending walk in customers. Attending phone calls.
- Liasioning with Registrar for account statement, redemption etc.
- Liasioning with marketing dept at ho for material indent.
- Handling brokerage related queries of IFAs.
- Accepting application forms and redemption in the reception.
- Time stamping of transactions.
- Co-ordination with banks.
- High Value deposits.
- Handling Branch imprest / office administration
Knowledge & Skills required are as follows –
- Well versed with all MS office applications especially MS excel
- Excellent Communication skills
- Knowledge of Mutual Fund Industry
