Quality Surveillance Engineer (QSE)<p>We are looking for a skilled Quality Surveillance Engineer to join our team on Randstad Payroll for a leading global energy technology company. If you have a background in Mechanical or Production engineering and experience in the Oil & Gas or Subsea domain, we want to hear from you!</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>As a QSE, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products during the manufacturing process through rigorous inspections and supplier document verification.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p> </p><p>Document Review: Review supplier pre-verification and verification documents (SMDL, ITP, procedures) to ensure technical and administrative correctness.</p><p> </p></li><li><p> </p><p>Inspection & Witnessing: Perform physical and digital inspections at supplier locations to witness testing and manufacturing stages.</p><p> </p></li><li><p> </p><p>Compliance: Ensure HSE compliance at supplier sites and verify that all products meet project and international code standards.</p><p> </p></li><li><p> </p><p>Non-Conformity Management: Prepare QS NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) when issues are identified and resolve technical quality issues with project teams.</p><p> </p></li><li><p> </p><p>Release Management: Issue Release Notes once final inspections are satisfactory and documentation is accepted.</p><p> </p></li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><p>Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Instrumentation Engineering.</p><p> </p></li><li><p> </p><p>Experience: 3 to 7 years of relevant experience (preferably in Subsea, Oil & Gas, or Process industries).</p><p> </p></li><li><p> </p><p>Skills: * Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.</p><p> </p><ul><li><p>Excellent English communication (verbal and written).</p><p> </p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</p><p> </p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a globally distributed setting with a proactive, problem-solving approach.</p><p> </p></li></ul></li></ul><h3>Job Details</h3><ul><li><p> </p><p>Location: Pune.</p><p> </p></li><li><p>Payroll: Randstad.</p></li><li><p>Industry: Energy / Oil & Gas.</p></li></ul><h3>experience</h3>7
