Title - Data & Automation Analyst

Role Purpose:

Support Commercial Operations and Program Management across APMEA by providing reliable data management, automated reporting, advanced analytics, and business insights.

The role will support data and reporting requirements for the key programs progressively expanding into a broader data and analytics capability supporting Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

·Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and other recurring performance reports

·Prepare weekly/monthly GEO and regional performance reporting covering key metrics such as leads, pipeline, revenue, conversion, program performance, and commercial KPIs

·Identify manual, repetitive data-management and reporting processes that can be simplified or automated

·Explore the use of AI-enabled tools and analytics to further improve reporting and operational efficiency

·Perform deeper analysis of commercial and program data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities. Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required

·Conduct regular data validation, reconciliation, duplicate checks, and exception management

·Establish standardized data definitions, templates, and basic governance practices across recurring reporting processes
