Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support warehouse and logistics operations by accurately maintaining data related to inventory, dispatch, and inward/outward movements. The role requires good Excel skills and coordination with warehouse teams.

Job Location - Devaramjal, Medchal Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update daily warehouse data (inward, outward, stock movement)
• Maintain accurate records of inventory in Excel or system
• Update dispatch details, delivery status, and shipment records
• Generate reports for stock, dispatch, and pending orders
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for data accuracy
• Verify data with physical stock and highlight discrepancies
• Maintain proper documentation of GRN, invoices, and delivery challans
• Assist in stock audits and cycle counts
• Ensure timely data entry without errors

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic understanding of warehouse/logistics operations
• Good communication skills
