Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing outbound Renewal reminder calls to the existing customers of Iffco Tokio General Insurance for various products like Car and Health Insurance.
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Focus on objection handling to increase renewal conversation rate
- Entering correct customer feedback and disposition in CRM Screens
