Monitor and control project progress as per schedule with desired quality.</p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>Monitor the structural engineers and their KPIs for delivering for delivering assigned scope.</p></li><li><p>Guide the reporting structural engineers with respect to the work they are performing and ensure correctness of the scope.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and control structural deliverables for assigned scope.</p></li></ul><br /><br /> <ul><li><p>Technical support for project procurement & fabrication for assigned scope.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Support in resolving supplier TQ, SQ, concessions and NCRs for assigned structural scope.</p></li><li><p>Participate in the testing activities related to structures at the fabrication yard.</p></li><li><p>Support in resolving queries related to fabrication.</p></li><li><p>Support as a technical point of contact for assigned PO.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure HSE in design for assigned structural.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure HSE in design for assigned structural scope.</p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>Guide and support subordinates to ensure alignment with Aker solutions policies, values, QMS:</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Support subordinates for timely completion of all the mandatory and relevant e-learning programmes.</p></li><li><p>Spread awareness about following the HSE, ISO and other departmental guidelines within the group.</p></li></ul> <ol><li><p>SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE</p></li></ol> <p>State the minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent.</p> <p>   Educational Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s in engineering (Civil) or Postgraduate in engineering (Structural Engineering/Aerospace Engineering)</p></li></ul> <p>Functional Skills / Key competencies</p><ul><li><p>Able to work independently.</p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>Detailed knowledge of product portfolio within own discipline and awareness of the related interfacing products</p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>Good understanding of governing documents, company regulations and applicable codes/standards relevant to oil and gas industry.</p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>Hands on experience in onshore/offshore/Subsea product design engineering including exposure to Fabrication/manufacturing, Assembly and Testing.</p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>Identifying and notifying probable changes / deviations in the product w.r.t. project specifications</p></li></ul><br /><br /><br /><br /> <p>Relevant and total years of Experience </p> <p>Total work experience of 6 + years in Structural analysis.</p><br /> <h3>experience</h3>10
