Role Summary:<br />Work both as individual contributor and in collaboration with team to facilitate & support regulatory requirements, quality systems, and best practices in drug product development Main Accountabilities: ➢ Review of quality control activities at analytical development lab and subcontracted<br />facilities.<br />➢ Compliance in Analytical lab and maintain as per Global requirement.<br />➢ Tracking and maintaining the documents in Analytical as per Regulatory requirement.<br />➢ Participation in the local Manufacturing Review Board (MRB), provide quality input on IMP and manufacturing processes during development. <h3>experience</h3>5

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><p>1. Production Planning & Execution</p><ul><li><p>Lead the end-to-end fabrication process, including cutting (Laser/Plasma), bending, fit-up, and welding.</p></li><li><p>Translate the Monthly Production Plan into daily shift targets to ensure 100% on-time delivery.</p></li><li><p>Optimize machine utilization for high-tonnage hydraulic presses and CNC machines.</p></li></ul><p>2. Technical Supervision & Quality</p><ul><li><p>Interpret complex GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and blueprint specifications.</p></li><li><p>Oversee welding operations (MIG/TIG/SAW) ensuring compliance with standards such as ASME or ISO 3834.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the Quality department to minimize rework and scrap through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).</p></li></ul><p>3. Team Leadership & Shop Floor Management</p><ul><li><p>Manage a team of 30+ technicians, welders, and fitters.</p></li><li><p>Identify skill gaps and conduct training on fabrication best practices and safety.</p></li><li><p>Enforce 5S methodologies and Lean Manufacturing principles to maintain a world-class workspace.</p></li></ul><p>4. Maintenance & Safety</p><ul><li><p>Coordinate with the Maintenance team for Preventive Maintenance (PM) of heavy machinery.</p></li><li><p>Ensure strict adherence to PPE protocols and heavy-lifting safety (EOT cranes, material handling).</p></li></ul><h3>Required Skills & Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Education: B.E. / B.Tech</p></li><li><p>Experience: 5–8 years in Heavy Fabrication, specifically dealing with large-scale sheet metal components (e.g., Yellow Goods, Pressure Vessels, or Industrial Chassis).</p></li><li><p>Technical Expertise:</p><ul><li><p>Proficiency in welding symbols and metallurgy.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with CNC Laser/Plasma cutting and heavy-duty Press Brakes.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for production tracking.</p></li></ul></li></ul><h3>experience</h3>15
