Key Responsibilities1. Production Planning & ExecutionLead the end-to-end fabrication process, including cutting (Laser/Plasma), bending, fit-up, and welding.Translate the Monthly Production Plan into daily shift targets to ensure 100% on-time delivery.Optimize machine utilization for high-tonnage hydraulic presses and CNC machines.2. Technical Supervision & QualityInterpret complex GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and blueprint

Manage daily quality activities such as incoming RAW materials, Packing materials, Tubing inspection & Finish goods analysis.Follow the and maintain all the analysis based on control plan.Maintain accurate documentation as per GDP.Support internal departments and external customer complaint samples analysis.Regular training to personnel and manage regular internal & external Audits.Very good in team handling.experience12
