Key Responsibilities
**Operations & Production Management** – Lead and oversee machining operations for
shafts, steel castings, and child parts such as studs, rings, and flat plates. Plan, monitor,
and execute production schedules to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
**Technical Expertise** – Expertise in CNC machining including turning, milling,
grinding, facing, and centering operations. Strong understanding of engineering
drawings, GD&T, and machining tolerances.
**Quality & Process Control** – Maintain adherence to international quality standards,
implement continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure effective quality systems
and audits.
**Customer & Stakeholder Management** – Engage with top OEM clients worldwide,
managing technical discussions and production updates.
**Team Leadership & Development** – Lead and develop a large team, fostering a high-
performance culture and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in precision machining of shafts, steel
castings, and allied parts.
Proven track record of managing large-scale machining operations and leading sizeable
teams.
Strong understanding of modern machining practices, tooling, and process optimisation.
Exposure to global OEM requirements, quality standards, and documentation.
