Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain dialysis equipment according to established protocols.
- Prepare patients for dialysis treatments, including vital sign monitoring and access site preparation.
- Administer dialysis treatments under the supervision of a nephrologist or charge nurse.
- Monitor patients during dialysis, responding to any adverse reactions or complications.
- Clean and disinfect dialysis machines and related equipment after each treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and report issues promptly.
- Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and care management.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in dialysis.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining dialysis equipment.
- Strong understanding of dialysis procedures and patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid certification or license as a Dialysis Technician (if applicable in the region).
- Knowledge of primary skills in Dialysis.
