Job Description :
A Digital Category Leader plays a critical role by driving the GMV and customer experience for the respective categories. This position requires a deep understanding of market trends, and competitive landscape to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience within assigned product categories. The ADCL collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales side, programs, category sports teams, supply chain, etc, to achieve business objectives and maximize sales, profitability and customer experience.
Responsibilities :
Strategy
Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.
Project and Performance Management
Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
PNL + Business Piloting
People
Collaboration with multiple vertical teams to achieve objectives
Stakeholder Management / Collaborations
Proactive business planning and owning the category online business case along with business finance and program teams.
Collaborate with Sales Side and Marketing Team to plan and implement effective online marketing campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and SEM detailing.
Work closely with Country Sport Teams to optimize the offer and develop the commercial policy to address customer/user needs and to develop and launch new products and promotions.
Work closely with the Country Customer Service Team to understand customer sentiments and address customer journey grievances
Qualifications :
Master's degree is preferred
4-6 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated expertise in category management, preferably within the D2C or ecommerce sector
Proficient analytical skills, with a strong ability in data analysis and market research
Outstanding communication essential
