- Leads and inspires teams by encouraging collaboration, driving high performance through effective coaching and aligning individual and team goals with key client and organizational objectives
- Manages performance objective setting for the delivery teams and work with HR on training and development plans within the specialization
- Leverages technology and innovative solutions to streamline recruitment processes solutions and enhance the overall effectiveness of the RPO operations within the specialization
- Develops and implements strategies to optimize resource utilization and maximize project profitability within the specialization
- Manages client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and to foster long-term partnerships within the specialization
- Manages the implementation of client dedicated models and adapt to changes in project scope, objectives, and timelines, minimizing disruptions to delivery within the specialization
- Ensures the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations, adhering to contractual obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs, and timeframes within the specialization

- Provides leadership and direction for a business area within an organization segment, (often a business area lead), typically through managers
- Has accountability for the performance and results of an area within the organization sub-function (i.e. part of a business segment, small region/cluster/single country, product area, etc.)
- Implements sub-functional strategy and executes through subordinate teams
- Decisions are guided by resource availability and sub-functional strategy and priorities
- Impacts and contributes to the development of segment strategy (short term and long term) and exercises control over a sizeable portion of the segment's resources
