Educational Qualification: MBBS from a recognized institution with valid NMC/MCI registration and good digital/EMR adaptability.

Work Time: Rotational Shifts within Clinic Network
Workdays: As per organizational roster

Previous Experience Must be from Which Background: Experience in clinic, hospital, telemedicine, emergency care, OPD coordination, or patient management services preferred. Freshers with strong clinical aptitude and digital adaptability may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preliminary and initial complex care patient assessments
• Perform patient triaging and identify cases requiring escalation
• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls including follow-ups and feedback calls
• Support rotational call-center-based clinical coordination activities
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and continuity of patient care
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, investigations, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate digital documentation including EMR updates and SOAP notes
• Scan, verify, and maintain relevant clinical and identification documents
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, allied healthcare teams, and operations staff
• Monitor patient progress and ensure timely communication of critical findings
• Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and NABH protocols
• Support quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
• Home visits and prescription generation and assessment
• Travel between clinics and home visits
