• Ability to understand machine level electrical schematic and its creation
• Strong knowledge of harness (creation/updating), electrical components
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Ability to create BOM, wire list, connector table
• Support on protoboard and troubleshoot the line issues on shop floor
• Interacting with suppliers (Engine, harness, etc.)
• Good English communication skill, both written and spoken, File and Data
   management
• Added advantage if hands on 3D CAD tool
• Excellent PC skills, including Excel and Word
• Design Reviews: Participate in design reviews with cross-functional teams to
gather feedback, address concerns, and iterate on designs to improve overall
product quality.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed design documentation,
including drawings, specifications, and design rationale, to ensure clear
communication within the team and for future reference.
• Creativity and innovative thinking.
• Good English communication skill, both written and spoken.
• Good Presentation and interpersonal skills

7. Education Graduate in Engineering, preferably Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or equivalent from a reputed college.
Post Graduate qualification would be an added advantage.

8. Professional Experience Having relevant experience in the range of 3-6 Years.

Good automotive/off highway background.
