Supervise the fabrication and mechanical assembly of batching plant structures as per production schedules.
Ensure adherence to approved drawings, welding procedures, and fabrication standards.
Monitor activities such as cutting, fitting, welding, and bolting for modular components.

Process Efficiency & Control:
Maintain production records, shift logs, and WIP reports.
Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
Support implementation of 5S, visual management, and lean techniques.
Team Supervision:
Supervise fitters, welders, and helpers involved in the fabrication/assembly of batching plants.
Ensure optimum manpower deployment and productivity.
Support skill development and cross-training on key operations. Safety & Compliance:
Ensure safe working practices on the shop floor.
Conduct toolbox talks and participate in regular safety audits.
Ensure compliance with environmental and statutory safety norms.
