- Should follow up on the logbook records, like oil consumption, daily work details, and spare usage.
- Should have leadership qualities to lead the team and manage the work.
- Able to identify the bearings, seals, belts, bolts and mechanical spares.
- Knowledge in breakdown in utilities.
- Should be aware of the criticalness of machinery.
- Should have to share the knowledge of work with technicians and below workers
- Knowledge of the root cause analysis, why-why analysis.
- Should be implementing Kaizen and horizontal deployment.
