Non-confirmation report for deviated parts and intimation to the tool room planning team for necessary actions. Supporting maintenance for machines' spare parts inspection of worn-out parts. On assembly condition Punch half & die half inspection on the jig boring machine. Maintaining of tool steel material test certificates/hardness test certificates. Maintaining part-wise inspection reports. ISO documents preparation Tool Room Quality. Training of machine operators for measuring instruments usage. Work with the internal team by improving the quality of the product. Inspection of subcontracting parts & share the feedback with the purchase team.
