Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Engineering Change Notice (ECN) data entry and ensure accuracy and
completeness of change documentation.
• Maintain engineering document control—including drawings, specifications, and
revisions—in accordance with company standards.
• Support engineers in daily activities, providing technical assistance during design
reviews, testing, and product updates.
• Ensure that all engineering documents are properly filed, archived, and retrievable in
both digital and physical formats.
• Track and report progress of engineering projects and document updates.
• Maintain familiarity with engineering drawings, CAD data, and mechanical component
identification.
• Collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure consistent
information flow.
• Identify and suggest improvements in document management and data entry processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training in Mechanical Engineering,
Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with ECN systems, document control, and file management tools.
• Familiarity with CAD drawings and basic interpretation of engineering schematics.• Experience with PLM or ERP systems (e.g., Teamcenter, ProAlpha, or similar) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a regulated or documentation-driven industry (medical device,
automotive, or industrial manufacturing).
• Familiarity with quality systems and document traceability requirements.
