Co-ordination with the Courier agency to pick-up consignment from the Customers if we need to bring the consignments.

Extract report on pending returnable items and make follow-ups with the concerned Engineer/Employee to get back the returnable items & close the open RGPs.

Preparation of travel program for technicians visiting for commissioning and servicing of machines.

Sending request to finance for travel advance for both officers & technicians.

Co-ordination with the travel agency to book travel tickets (Bus/Train/Air).

Preparation of the travel expenses statement & documents upload in Concur belongs to Employees after return from travel.

Arrange taxi for employees to visit customer place in Bangalore region for commissioning / servicing activities.

Arrange / keeping a track of PDC cards used by technicians. Follow up with Bank / Finance to get cards for new members.

Renewal/activation of PDC card after expiry through finance.

Handling employee issues related to travel, advance, claim settlement etc.

Preparation of standard gate pass documents for team members & send to customer.
16
Preparation of gate pass documents as per customer specific & send along with supporting documents.

Coordinating with vendors & maintaining inventory of CS Dept. stationary & other essential requirements.

Maintaining of records of specials equipment such as spirit level, gauges etc. & follow up till return of the same.
19
Searching of old machines (more than 10 years) drawings & manual from U-drive during spares enquiry from customer.
