Responsibilities:
- Update internal HR applications to accommodate changes using Power Applications.
- Maintain all current HR applications, track day-to-day issues, and manage enhancement requests from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Oracle, IT, Technology, and Operations to resolve issues within agreed timelines.
- Identify repetitive tasks and find ways to automate them to drive efficiency.
- Manage mailbox queries and ensure responses are provided within agreed timelines.
- Perform routine activities as per the calendar regularly.
- Ensure 100% timely delivery with zero errors.
Qualifications:
- Any graduate with any specialization.
- Excellent email communication skills.
- Knowledge of Power Applications, Power Automate, and advanced MS Excel.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a related role.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
