Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in core R&D or logistics, preferably with a B.Com or arts background, and possess skills in MS Office365, with SAP knowledge as a plus, alongside excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities as below mentioned.
1. Proactive follow-up with Factory, Procurement, and Material Management Team to arrange the project material on time.
2. Get the Supplier Quote by following up with supplier along with Procurement team.
3. Arrange the approval for supplier quote with respective manager.
4. Initiate the Purchase order creation through PO portal
5. Facilitate the load man resource, truck and forklift requirements for material movements.
6. Adhering to the Kone Safety precautions and co-ordinate to arrange Work permit for sub-contractors.
7. Strong communication to maintain through mails and tools.
8. Follow up the invoices with supplier once materials received at respective places.
9. Collaboration with all stakeholders.
10. Good skills in Windows MS-Office365 platform.
11. SAP environment knowledge is preferable.
