Senior FP&A analyst
Role Overview
As a FP&A analyst you will be part of the FP&A team within the Randstad Netherlands Finance department. The main purpose of the team is to drive our governance cycle, strategic planning, forecast process, performance reporting and review meetings together with our Finance Business Partners in the performance management cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of a high quality planning & control cycle (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
Provide periodic and ad-hoc reporting and analysis in time and in full
Maintain, improve and create reports, dashboards and visualizations to present data findings in a clear and meaningful way.
Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, data quality enhancements, and automation of data analysis tasks in collaboration with data experts
Support tools optimization and automation of reporting and analysis
Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for areas of improvement
Participation in finance-related projects
Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
6 to 8 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
Knowledge of Randstad operations is an asset
Skills, competences and other personal characteristics:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a structured and organized approach
Experience in maintaining and developing financial models
Comfortable in time sensitive, fast-paced environment
Teamplayer with strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with senior stakeholders
Excellent command of the English language in word and writing
Proficient in Excel/google sheets and experience with financial systems and tools
Understanding of related areas such as Accounting and Data management
Shift timings- 10 am to 7 pm India time
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Timings in IST: 10:00 am to 07:00 pm
Shift Timings in CET: 06:30 am to 03:30 pm
Daily Hours: 9 hours per day (includes 1 hour of break each day)
