    Facility Executive – Engineering (Level 4)• Degree/ Diploma holder with 6-8 years of Exp in FM Industry & computer literacy/ skills.• If Electrical Engineer, should possess relevant licenses.• BMS Engineer - B.E/B.Tech degree (except Civil engineering) from reputed university 2 years’ experience in the relevant fields of BMS operation and project. 2 years of min project exposure is required. • Facility BMS Engineers are responsible for BMS infrastructure integration stability and healthiness. • Maintenance of BMS assets / PPM / Breakdowns / Gateway and Controller network failures / Data point issues are key deliveries. o IBMS assets AMC management is to be taken care by working with respective OEM service provider. o Necessary supports to site level internal / external audits from the point of BMS / FAS deliveries is to be taken care. o Functionality of site level BMS operation and related data points integration validation are to be ensured. o Implementing and ensuring Pan India building automation standards. o Coordinating with central IFM BMS Lead and working on any additional automation requirement and developments. o Working with BMS Command Center team on asset upgradation/replacement activities at site level • Operation and maintenance of LT & HT panels, DG, Synchronization panels of higher capacity, UPS of higher capacity, HVAC, and other associated equipment. • All kinds of control equipment, relays, switches, circuit breakers & Trouble shooting. • Exposure to ISO 14001, 41001, 45001.

        <p>Facilities Executive – Integrated Facility Management</p><p>Position Overview</p><p>The Facilities Executive – Integrated Facility Management is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of both soft services and technical services within the facility. This role ensures smooth facility operations, vendor coordination, compliance with safety and statutory requirements, and a high-quality workplace experience for employees. The position plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, service quality, and infrastructure reliability.</p><p>Purpose of the Role</p><p>To effectively manage and coordinate integrated facility services, including housekeeping, pantry, security, and technical operations, while ensuring compliance, cost control, and service excellence.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>1. Daily Facility Operations</p><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day soft services operations including housekeeping, pantry, waste management, and security.</li><li>Support technical operations such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, UPS, and DG systems.</li><li>Conduct regular floor inspections and ensure service levels meet defined SLAs.</li><li>Respond promptly to facility-related complaints, priority calls, and emergency situations.</li><li>Coordinate daily activities with vendors and internal stakeholders.</li></ul><p>2. Technical Services Support</p><ul><li>Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for all critical equipment.</li><li>Ensure timely closure of technical issues and proper documentation of work orders.</li><li>Assist in vendor supervision during maintenance activities, audits, and inspections.</li><li>Support energy management, asset upkeep, and basic troubleshooting activities.</li></ul><p>3. Inventory & Administration</p><ul><li>Monitor inventory levels of consumables, spares, and facility supplies.</li><li>Maintain documentation related to vendors, contracts, and service reports.</li></ul><p>6.
