Role:Facility Executive
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain BSC documents and checklists.
Compile SLA and KPI reports and share within defined timelines.
Prepare all technical and soft services reports accurately.
Maintain audit-related documents and ensure compliance.
Safety & Compliance
Conduct and document weekly fire extinguisher checks.
Ensure adherence to 52-week calendar and completion of all PPM activities.
Operational Management
Maintain support staff attendance records.
Manage indent requests for manpower and consumables.
Prepare MMR data and presentation decks.
Conduct daily walk-by inspections and prepare reports.
Inventory & Financial Tracking
Maintain invoice tracker and records.
Ensure accurate inventory management with zero discrepancies.
Track rental and AMC agreements.
Maintain monthly cost-per-seat tracker.
Vendor & Staff Coordination
Maintain BGV tracker for support staff.
Conduct vendor evaluations as per defined frequency.
Share PO closure reports and follow up with vendors.
Communication & Meetings
Conduct virtual calls and provide timely updates.
Prepare weekend activity PPTs for soft and technical services.
Highlight key achievements and challenges in reports.
Events & Training
Organize events and training sessions as required.
