Key Responsibilities
Facilities and Infrastructure Management
 Manage overall building and facility maintenance to ensure reliability, performance, safety,
and compliance.
 Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for preventive and
corrective maintenance activities.
 Project management for facility upliftment
 Ensure smooth operation and upkeep of all facility infrastructure and utilities.
 Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance facility
performance and efficiency.
Facility Services Management
 Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including:
o Cafeteria services
o Transportation management
o Security services
o Housekeeping
o Stationary
o Pest control
o Guest hospitality
o Car lease management
Vendor and Contract Management
 Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to agreed service levels.
 Develop, negotiate, and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and service
agreements.
