* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations
Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role, with at least 5
years in a managerial capacity.
* Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and
health and safety standards.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
* Solid organizational and time-management skills.
* Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous
improvement methodologies is preferred.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
