Financial Accounting, Reporting & Analysis

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals,
reconciliations, asset capitalization, and depreciation reviews.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports,
budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Support financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and KPI reporting.
Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, Corporate Income Tax, SEZ
regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare tax workings, reconciliations, and support timely filing of statutory
returns. Audit, Internal Controls & Corporate Finance Support
Coordinate internal, statutory and tax audits, and act as the key point of contact for auditors.
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting
standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Support corporate finance initiatives, including financial modeling, valuations, due diligence, and strategic business analysis.
Partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements and provide financial insights for decision-making.
Tools / Systems Exposure (Preferred)
ERP: Oracle modules (AP, Payroll, Credit/CSA)
Reconciliation tools: Cadency, ReconNET, AssureNET
Analytics tools: Excel (Advanced), Power BI, SQL/queries
Automation & AI: UiPath, Power Automate, Azure OpenAI, Copilots
Workflow: ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint
Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, CA, ICWA, MBA, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
9+ years of experience in business analysis, process excellence,
digital/automation projects, or finance operations
Exposure to Shared Services SEZ, GCC's (AP/Payroll/Credit/CSA)
