Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily secondary packing activities on the conveyor line
- Allocate work to packing operators and helpers based on workload
- Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and tagging of packed materials
- Train and guide packing operators on conveyor operations, SOPs, and safety practices
- Monitor and maintain housekeeping, hygiene, and 5S standards on the shop floor
Educational Qualification and Experience
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline
- 3-6 years of experience in warehouse/production/packing operations
- Experience in conveyor line operations, packing processes, and ERP/WMS preferred
Skills Required
- Knowledge of packing processes and warehouse operations
- Team handling and manpower planning
- MS Excel and reporting proficiency
